The horizontal spraying Oiler operates on the principle of high-pressure air spraying. The oil supply pump delivers oil separately to the spraying system, and the compressed air supplied on site for instrumentation is introduced into the spraying system. At the nozzle, the compressed air atomizes the oil, and the atomized oil particles, driven by inertia, move toward the moving metal sheet strip, where the oil mist is uniformly adsorbed onto the strip. |
