Composition of vertical electrostatic oiler
The vertical electrostatic oiler is specifically designed to apply a very thin layer of lubricating oil onto the surface of metal strip materials passing through it. The accuracy and reliability of this equipment have made it widely used by major global manufacturers of electroplated steel and aluminum sheets.
It mainly consists of three parts:
The first chassis part includes an oil storage tank, a nozzle fixing plate, and a controlled airflow inflation chamber;
Secondly, the electrostatic charging section is where the ion generator is located. The ionization chamber can be disassembled for ease of cleaning and maintenance;
Thirdly, a metal negative high-voltage plate is placed in the negative high-voltage plate section, which can assist in coating the charged oil mist onto the strip steel.
Over the past 60 years, numerous technical processes have been tested and applied in the field of coating oil films on continuously moving strip steel surfaces, yet none of them have been able to match the performance level of modern vertical electrostatic oilers. For the production of metal containers, these requirements are crucial for surfaces that must have a protective coating during curling and processing operations.
